OUR ONLINE EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with the beauty products you have received, you may request a return within 14 days at superwoman.my@gmail.com. Items must be in original resalable condition. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit, excluding original postage costs. We do not exchange or refund items that are opened, used, or not in original condition. No returns for wrong size orders.
TERMS & GUIDELINES:
- Items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Ensure returned items are well packaged and sent with a traceable, insured service.
- Superwoman is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipment.
- All returned items are subject to quality control. Returns or exchanges may be refused if conditions are not met.
- Discounted items, sale items, and opened or used beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- One exchange per receipt.
- Store credit will be based on the value paid, excluding postage costs, and can be used on superwoman.com.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
- Customers cover international return shipping costs. Use local postal service or a courier.
- Superwoman is not responsible for return custom charges.
- Ensure returns are well packaged and meet all conditions.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS:
- Free returns for defective or wrongly delivered items.
- Options: exchange (subject to stock) or store credit.
- Store credit based on paid value, excluding postage costs, usable on superwoman.com.

No returns except for product quality defects. No returns for wrong size orders.
