DOMESTIC SHIPPING (MALAYSIA)

Free domestic shipping on all Superwoman orders above RM250 for Malaysia wide. Standard domestic shipping: RM15 for orders below RM150 for East Malaysia and RM8 for Peninsular Malaysia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)

Standard international shipping based on tiers starting at RM25 for Singapore:

  • 0 - 0.5KG: RM25
  • 0.51 - 1KG: RM30
  • 1.01 - 2.5KG: RM40
  • 2.51 - 3KG: RM50
  • 3.01 - 4KG: RM60
  • > 4KG: RM72+

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (SEA REGION)

Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Philippines, Myanmar: Standard international shipping starting at RM85+ for orders below RM500. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING OPTION?

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

  • For Malaysian orders: Delivery takes approximately 3-4 working days. Additional 1-2 working days for East Malaysia or rural addresses.
  • For Southeast Asian orders: Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.
  • For other international orders: Shipping takes approximately 8-10 working days, up to 20 business days.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise on the cost as customs policies vary widely. Please clarify these charges before placing your order. We do not accept returns on parcels where customers do not want to pay customs.

OUR ONLINE EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with the beauty products you have received, you may request a return within 14 days at superwoman.my@gmail.com. Items must be in original resalable condition. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit, excluding original postage costs. We do not exchange or refund items that are opened, used, or not in original condition. No returns for wrong size orders.

TERMS & GUIDELINES:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Ensure returned items are well packaged and sent with a traceable, insured service.
  • Superwoman is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipment.
  • All returned items are subject to quality control. Returns or exchanges may be refused if conditions are not met.
  • Discounted items, sale items, and opened or used beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • One exchange per receipt.
  • Store credit will be based on the value paid, excluding postage costs, and can be used on superwoman.com.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  • Customers cover international return shipping costs. Use local postal service or a courier.
  • Superwoman is not responsible for return custom charges.
  • Ensure returns are well packaged and meet all conditions.
