WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
For Malaysian orders: Delivery takes approximately 3-4 working days. Additional 1-2 working days for East Malaysia or rural addresses.
For Southeast Asian orders: Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.
For other international orders: Shipping takes approximately 8-10 working days, up to 20 business days.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise on the cost as customs policies vary widely. Please clarify these charges before placing your order.
